Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PropFirmSim (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
PropFirmSim is a web-based simulation tool that allows users to test their trading history against proprietary trading firm (“prop firm”) challenge rules. The Service processes user-uploaded trade data entirely within the user's browser (client-side) and provides statistical analysis of simulated challenge outcomes.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access the simulator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service. • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts. • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal usage. • Misrepresent the Service's outputs as guaranteed trading outcomes or financial advice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and branding of PropFirmSim are the intellectual property of the Service operator. Users retain ownership of their uploaded trade data. The Service does not claim any rights to user data.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions informed by the Service's outputs.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Financial Disclaimer
This tool is for educational and informational purposes only. PropFirmSim does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.
Simulated results produced by PropFirmSim are based on historical data and statistical models. Past simulated performance does not guarantee, indicate, or predict future results. The outcomes of actual prop firm challenges may differ materially from simulated results due to market conditions, execution differences, psychological factors, and other variables not captured by the simulation.
By using PropFirmSim, you acknowledge and accept that:
• All trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of challenge fees and trading capital. • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. • PropFirmSim makes no guarantees about prop firm challenge outcomes. • The tool's outputs should not be the sole basis for any trading or financial decision. • You should consult a qualified financial professional before making trading decisions.
PropFirmSim is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any proprietary trading firm unless explicitly stated. Firm names and rules used in presets are based on publicly available information and may not reflect current challenge terms. Always verify rules directly with the firm.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
